5*1.5*1.5 feet home build aquarium. The setup is around 5 months old with 40kgs of ADA soil, 2*150watts metal halide controlled via timer @ 10hrs/day, 1 eheim and 1 aquaone canister filters @ 1000l/p, pressurized Co2 @ 2bubbles per second, 1*150watt heater, 9W UV sterilizer, a small 20gallon sump to house the heater and to keep the aquarium water level constant and keep the surface skimmed with 600l/p return pump connecting the UV sterilizer. Water change is done on weekly basis through an aged water barrel stored under the aquarium. Fertilizers are added on weekly basis after trimming and water change.
